Middle School Office Hours
Reminder: Parents must send an email to the teacher before the student attends office hours. This allows the teacher to prepare for the student's visit and clarifies that the parents are aware of the student's attendance at office hours.

Language Arts - Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:45-8:15 a.m.

Math - Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Science - Thursdays 7:15-8:15 a.m.

Social Studies - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Art - Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Music - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

PE - Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Spanish - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Drama - Day 2 before or after school

Library - Mondays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Fair and unfair games

This week in 6th grade math we are continuing to work on probability.  Three of the middle school teachers will be leaving for D.C. early tomorrow morning so Mrs. Payne will be teaching math for the rest of the week.  On Wednesday she will be having them work with Rosenberg in the library on a project that they are working on.  On Thursday they will be doing some activities and experiments to help them learn about and identify if games are fair or unfair.  On Friday they will be practicing taking multiple choice tests and will discuss how being able to narrow down some of the answers increases your odds and probability of getting questions correct.  We will then have a test next Wednesday April 1st on Probability.
